Treatment Description
Shiatsu is the ancient Japanese way to restore well-being to the body by harnessing the body's natural energy, Ki. Movement Shiatsu helps to re-establish the body's ability to heal itself from past injury/trauma or bad habits from poor posture and repeated misuse. Using deep tissue manipulation and stretching to find the points of resistance and then enabling release through locking into the muscle memory and releasing the tension around the joints. This has proved effective for both acute and chronic conditions
Cancellation Policy
If you're not able to keep your appointment I ask that you please let us know as soon as possible preferably giving more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel on the same day we may charge you 50% of the cost for the session booked, a short notice cancellation makes it difficult to fill the appointment slot. If you want to reschedule, we will always try to reschedule your session as soon as we can, taking into account both of our availability. However, if you have regular recurring appointments, you can ask to reschedule at any time. If I have to cancel your appointment for any reason then there is no charge and I will automatically offer you the opportunity to rebook at a time that suits you. If a client repeatedly cancels or fails to show up for their appointments I reserve the right to refuse to book any more sessions with them or to ask for an initial 50% deposit.
