Treatment Description
Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture and is based on the theory that certain points on the feet correspond to different areas/organs of the body. Stimulating these reflexology points does not affect the organs directly, but instead affects the brain’s areas responsible for the regulation of those organs. By pressing and manipulating these points, it stimulates energy pathways and removes blockages. This helps energy (Chi) to flow freely again and restore balance to the body. -Release tension -Enhance sleep and help improve well-being -Assist with fertility and pregnancy -Boost metabolism and energy levels -Activate the body's healing response
Cancellation Policy
If you're not able to keep your appointment I ask that you please let us know as soon as possible preferably giving more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel on the same day we may charge you 50% of the cost for the session booked, a short notice cancellation makes it difficult to fill the appointment slot. If you want to reschedule, we will always try to reschedule your session as soon as we can, taking into account both of our availability. However, if you have regular recurring appointments, you can ask to reschedule at any time. If I have to cancel your appointment for any reason then there is no charge and I will automatically offer you the opportunity to rebook at a time that suits you. If a client repeatedly cancels or fails to show up for their appointments I reserve the right to refuse to book any more sessions with them or to ask for an initial 50% deposit.
